Is my enquiry a confirmed booking?
No. An enquiry does not reserve the vehicle. Our team will confirm availability, your route and the final quotation before making a reservation.
What is included in the daily price?
Each package lists its equipment. Fuel, park entry, accommodation and campsite fees are excluded. Delivery and the refundable deposit are confirmed in your quote.
Can you help plan the route?
Yes. Tell us your dates, interests and pace and we will suggest a realistic itinerary, recommend campsites and lodges, and flag the road conditions you should plan around.
Can you book parks and campsites for us?
We can arrange park entry and campsite bookings alongside your hire. Ask when you enquire so we can include them in your quote.
Can I change a vehicle’s camping setup?
Often, yes. A touring configuration removes the camping equipment. Select the configuration before booking so preparation time can be allowed.
Can I hire a guide?
Guided safaris can be arranged with the vehicles in our fleet that support them. Tell us your itinerary for a tailored quotation.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. We can meet you on arrival or deliver your vehicle to you when you land.
What happens if something goes wrong on the road?
You travel with our contact number and roadside assistance. Call us and we will organise help and talk you through the options.
How many people can travel?
Capacity depends on the vehicle and the package you choose; each vehicle page lists its figures. These are confirmed before booking.
Can I drive anywhere?
Your itinerary is reviewed before confirmation. Route suitability depends on conditions, vehicle configuration and rental terms.
